Instructors that want to encourage creativity in the classroom should make sure they are giving their students a lot of choices and different options when it comes to projects. All students can be creative in some way, and it is the teacher’s difficult task to provide opportunities for students to develop their own creative thinking.

Bringing in outside materials and props gives students the chance to complete the project in their own creative style. Giving students this kind of choice empowers students and hopefully motivates them to do their best.
